The goal of our group exercise classes is to provide you with a professional instruction and a safe, effective, well balanced and fun workout. Our classes are designed for all levels and all abilities. Why not check out our variety of classes that suit your lifestyle, offering members and non-members cardiovascular conditioning, strength, core stability and flexibility training.

Bodysculpt: This innovative class helps increase your strength and endurance while improving your cardiovascular fitness in this total body workout. Using intense movements, you will redesign your body into one that is sleek and toned! (All levels catered for).


Coreblast:
Super 30 minutes of a core workout for Abdominals and Back Extensors. Everything you need to sculpt your mid-section. This class will also emphasise correct posture and technique.


Tripletreat: This is a 45 minute toning class. Concentrating on toning all major upper, middle and lower body muscles, by using body resistance and conditioning moves. Perfect class to tone up and slim down.


L.B.T. (legs, bums & tums): An invigorating 45 minute workout class dedicated to reshaping and toning those specific areas.


Take your Medicine: A dynamic group fitness class which incorporates Medicine balls in conjunction with weight and circuit training to develop conditioning, strength and power. Medicine ball training is appropriate to all levels of ability.


Flexfusion: Everyone can learn to stretch, regardless of age or flexibility. Stretching, though often overlooked, plays a vital role in keeping muscles and joints strong and pliable so they are less susceptible to injury. This class will improve your flexibility and posture utilising various stretching techniques. This group exercise workout will help tune up your body and leave you feeling limber.


Stability Ball: This body toning class uses the ever more popular “Fit Balls” which are super for toning and improving body shape. The beauty of these Fit Balls is that you use all the core muscles in all exercises, thus improving tone of the stomach and posture muscles.


Fitness Pilates: This class targets the deep postural muscles, building strength from the inside out. It rebalances the body bringing it into correct alignment. It helps to reshape the body and improve posture. It achieves the perfect balance between strength and flexibility and relieves stress and tension.
